INVESTMENT
Our organization is able to optimally manage the sales process for both Italian and foreign clients. And we dedicate particular attention to buyers from abroad. We speak excellent English, and all of our informational and supporting material is in both Italian and English. We assist the client starting with the first meeting, through planning the by-now customary inspection visit, up to the time of the Notorial deed. For us, what’s most important is that the client feels at ease. We respond to the natural questions which this choice entails in a serious and competent manner. Our phase G is roughly sold but we still have in Phase H and I, for those who wish to secure a safe investment in an area with solid and established value. I believe that, more than any words, our best business card is the satisfaction of the current owners.
MORTGAGE & FINANCING
As Alberina Case Italiane we have relationship with leading and primary banks. Mainly used are Monte dei Paschi di Siena (one of the main credit groups in Italy) and Barclays (Milan branch), both can release financial services through loans and mortgages based on Euribor rates + convenient spreads (variable or interest only rates). Fixed rate at the best option available. Normally they finance up to 80% of the purchasing price. All the professionals speak good English and, with us, they can keep in touch with clients up to the final deed.
INSPECTION VISIT
Get a moment to come down and see our projects. We ask you to pay just the flight. You will be our kind guest for 1 or 2 nights max, including the transfer from/to Airport of Florence or Pisa. The accommodation is at your choice. You can experience the life in Borgo by our Guest house (max 2 people) or in the magnificent Siena by the hotel ( www.chiusarelli.com ). The period spend during inspection will be related to out projects only.
FURNITURE & KITCHEN
Alberina Case Italiane offers fully furnished apartments as shown on site. At very special price (not available to the public) you may chose from our two main furniture and kitchen package (Type A and Type B) in order to complete the house and makes it ready to live. Professionals English speaking will assist you to finalize your needs and aesthetic approach. Will be possible to get information directly on site or through a brief guided tour into existing apartments.
LOCATION
The development is located in Gaiole in Chianti, Siena province. This is a community of 1.500 inhabitants just 25 min. from Siena and 50 min. from Firenze. The nearest airports are Florence 1 h 15min. away or Pisa 2.00 hours. The beautiful Tuscan seaside is just 1h 45min.
