Target

Our main purpose is to invest, to build and to put properties on the market ready to be used as a first home or as an investment. Alberina – Case Italiane is born to give the buildings particular identity, the reason why we are known. “Borgo di Gaiole” and “Hortus Deliciarum” in San Sano resort are two of our most important initiative, situated in Gaiole in Chianti (Siena). We consider these developments as a starting point, in line with our policy of continuity, in discovering unique places and villages located in their natural context.

Fortified by the experience in the sector of commercial and building trade, the Alberina – Case Italiane group invests care and resources in the residential section to build houses that result above the>  proven standard. From the scrupulous research of the materials going through the builder’s competence, we like to think a house that is not only “ a place to live in “ but a real investment to get from both financial and building point of view.

Clients- reflection of our service

Clients who have already bought a property from us are our best visiting card. The main purpose of a company activity is to promote and to sell, but  Alberina- Case Italiane does not stop  to the simple transaction. The particular care to the post-selling service which gets the clients involved up to the delivery of the property and the satisfaction that they show is for us cause of real pride.
